Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Product received is incorrect (wrong model delivered)
- Product has manufacturing defect
To be eligible for return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect car model selected by customer while placing order
- Product used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to screen display differences
- Normal wear and tear
- Change of mind after purchase
Since HYOKO products are custom-fit, customers must carefully select their correct car model before ordering.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:

- Share:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the product
Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
If approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Replacement Policy
If the product is found to be:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect model delivered
We will provide replacement of the same product at no extra cost.
Replacement will be shipped after the returned product is received and inspected.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- replacement is not possible
- product is out of stock
- order is cancelled before dispatch
- approved return meets policy conditions
Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing time:
- 5–7 business days after approval
- additional time may be taken by banks/payment providers
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If package is visibly damaged at the time of delivery:
- do not accept the package
- inform us immediately
We will assist with replacement.
8. Return Shipping
If return request is approved due to:
- damaged product
- defective product
- wrong product delivered
HYOKO will arrange return pickup or provide instructions.
Customers may be required to securely pack the product.
